The right shoes are essential for your first race.
Running a marathon is an impressive goal to set, and it’s definitely not for everyone. The amount of time you have to spend on the pavement preparing is enough to make anyone say, “No thanks, not for me.”
But if you’re brave enough to take it on, you’re going to have to do it in the right shoes. After all, running over 42 kilometres isn’t something people do every day! And in the wrong shoes, you could seriously hurt yourself and your ability to keep crushing your running goals.
